2nd Annual Leadership Program for LTC in BC

The Centre for Healthy Aging at Providence, the BC Association of Geriatric Care Physicians and the Health Care Leaders Association of BC are pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Leadership Program for Long Term Care in BC which will take place on November 18th and 19th, 2005 at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver, BC.

The Leadership Program is British Columbia’s only forum in which leaders working in long term care are able to come together to learn, problem solve, network and discuss issues and challenges specific to long term care in BC. The program will feature two full days of plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, a poster and exhibit session and a number of informal networking opportunities.

Attendees will be physicians from across British Columbia who are performing, or are interested in taking on, leadership roles as Medical Directors/Coordinators in long term care. In keeping with the program theme of ‘shared leadership’, we are also inviting all Directors of Care and physicians working in long term care facilities to attend with their Medical Directors/Coordinators.
